By accessing the Vivaansu Digital website (vivaansudigital.com), requesting a growth audit, or entering into an agency service agreement with Vivaansu Digital ("Agency", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "Studio") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms govern all digital marketing retainers, bespoke web engineering, qualified lead generation funnels, paid performance advertising, and advisory engagements provided to interior design firms and architectural practices.

The specific scope of work, project milestones, ad spend allowances, and delivery sprints are detailed in your individual Service Order Form or Master Services Agreement (MSA). Our core disciplines include:

• High-Ticket Lead Generation: Custom multi-step qualification funnels targeting high-net-worth property owners.
• Meta & Google Ads Engines: Precision audience targeting, creative development, and daily ad spend management.
• Editorial Web Engineering: Bespoke digital flagship portfolios and conversion-engineered landing pages.
• Local & Regional SEO: Search dominance for luxury interior and architectural design search queries.
• CRM & Pipeline Automation: Instant WhatsApp/SMS lead nurturing and calendar synchronization.

To prevent conflicts of interest and maintain market dominance, Vivaansu Digital enforces a strict Territory Exclusivity Policy.

Subject to active retainer status, we partner with only one premier interior design studio per defined metropolitan territory or luxury micro-market. Territory locks are granted on a first-come basis and are maintained strictly as long as the studio's retainer remains in good standing.

• Studio Portfolio & Trademarks: The Studio retains 100% absolute ownership of all architectural renders, project photography, trademarked brand identities, and proprietary design materials furnished to the Agency.
• Agency Methodologies & Code: The Agency retains intellectual ownership over its underlying proprietary ad framework strategies, conversion scripts, tracking architectures, and optimization codebases, granting the client a perpetual, royalty-free operating license for the deliverables engineered.
• Marketing Showcase: Unless explicitly restricted by written Non-Disclosure Agreement, the Agency reserves the right to cite anonymized campaign metrics (e.g. ROAS, lead volumes) in industry case studies.

• Agency retainers and project sprints are billed in advance according to the agreed billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Direct advertising spend (payable to Meta Platforms, Google Ads, or related platforms) is billed directly to the Client's billing method on the respective platform and is distinct from agency management retainers.
• Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments beyond fifteen (15) calendar days may result in temporary pausing of ad campaigns to protect account status.

Both parties agree to hold in strict confidence all proprietary data, financial figures, customer contact lists, project blueprints, client identities, and commercial strategies disclosed during the course of the engagement. Neither party shall disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent.

Vivaansu Digital deploys proven, industry-vetted growth strategies and rigorous tracking protocols. However, digital marketing and advertising results depend in part upon external market variables, third-party platform algorithms (Meta/Google), macroeconomic factors, and the Studio's internal lead closing efficacy.

While we commit to relentless optimization and strict lead qualification, specific revenue figures and conversion counts cannot be guaranteed as legally binding warranty covenants.

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
